FASTEKS® Threaded Inserts

FASTEKS® steel or stainless steel threaded inserts create precise, durable internal threads in workpieces made of light metal alloy and other materials with low shear resistance.

  • M2,5–M20

Material:

  • Case-hardened steel, zinc-plated, blue passivated, conform to RoHS
  • Stainless steel 1.4305

  • The first two threads are tapered, the insert works like a tap
  • For materials with low to medium tensile strength (but tends to spring together in hard materials)
