Commercial Employee EFZ (3 years, vocational baccalaureate possible)
We offer you an optimal apprenticeship where you will be trained in all important departments of our trading company, such as: reception, sales, purchasing, HR, marketing, accounting, etc. Typically, you change departments every 4-6 months, benefiting from a very varied apprenticeship period.
Additionally, we actively train you in industry knowledge, so that after completing your apprenticeship, you have excellent knowledge of our business and may be in high demand for continued employment.
Educational Requirements
- Completed secondary school
- Good to very good performance in the main subjects
Personal Requirements
- Enjoyment of activities in the office and on the computer (telephoning, writing, organizing, advising, billing, booking, etc.) in a trading company
- Enjoyment of commercial activities in a technical environment
- Interest in economic contexts
- Willingness to invest three years in a thorough education
Logistics Specialist EFZ or EBA (3 years EFZ, 2 years EBA)
We offer you optimal training and assign you to all departments of our technology and logistics center, such as goods receipt, packing and labeling, order picking, shipping administration, technical inspection, goods dispatch, etc. Additionally, we provide you with an insight into the purchasing and sales department. This way, you receive the best possible training in a very modern warehouse operation and company.
In addition, we actively train you in industry knowledge, so that after completing your apprenticeship, you have excellent knowledge of our business and may be highly sought after for continued employment.
Educational Requirements
- Completed secondary or middle school
- Good performance in the main subjects German and Mathematics as well as Science and Technology
- Good behavior during school time
Personal Requirements
- Good sense of order and organizational talent
- Enjoyment of precise work
- Reliability and independence
- Physical health
- Manual dexterity
- Service awareness
- Willingness to invest three years in comprehensive training
Logistician EFZ Application development (4 years, vocational baccalaureate possible)
We offer you an optimal apprenticeship. During the training, you will go through various ICT specialist departments, so that after a successful apprenticeship period, you will be in high demand for continued employment.
School Requirements
- Completed secondary school
- Good to very good performance in the main subjects of Mathematics and English at level A with an average grade of at least 5.0.
- Good behavior during school time
- Completed Multicheck, which shows suitability for IT apprenticeship
Human Requirements
- Good concentration, patience, and perseverance
- Logical and abstract thinking ability
- Spatial imagination ability
- Interest in technology and computer science
- Willingness to invest four years in a comprehensive education
Specialist in facility maintenance EFZ (3 years)
We offer you a varied training program in our company and can train you in all important tasks in operational maintenance, so that after completing your apprenticeship you will have excellent knowledge of our business and great opportunities in the job market.
Educational Requirements
- Completed secondary or high school
- Good performance in mathematics and German
- Consistently good behavior
Personal Requirements
- Enjoyment of practical activities both indoors and outdoors
- Good sense of order
- Reliability and technical understanding

- Willingness to invest three years in comprehensive training

No problem! At Bossard, we offer you the opportunity to get to know the apprenticeship better during an insight day (taster day). On this day, you will mainly be supervised by our trainees, so you can ask all your questions and gain an ideal insight. These insight days are offered every 2-3 months as needed, except during school holidays.
