1.鑽孔:
注意鑽孔直徑! 如果可以, 不要有倒角孔
2.攻牙:
使用所選擇的絲攻規格攻牙.
3.檢查攻牙螺紋:
如果需要, 使用護套專用牙規檢查.
4.安裝:
螺紋護套可以直接被旋入到螺紋裏. 護套末端要旋入工件表面下方至少 1/4 處.
5.導舌:
護套需有貫穿孔, 使用導舌打斷器打斷導舌. 至於貫穿的螺紋孔可以使螺絲調整到最大. 旋入深度保持不變在螺紋內.
6.檢查螺紋:
螺紋護套安裝後, 使用牙規檢查螺紋(可選擇).
