1. Drilling the core hole:

Observe the bore diameter! If possible, do not chamfer the hole.

2. Screw thread:

Use taps provided for the selected size.

3. Check tapping hole:

If necessary, check with mandrel.

4. Installation:

The threaded insert can be screwed directly into the thread. The wire end should be turned into the workpiece surface at least 1/4 of a turn.

5. Drive pins:

To create a through hole, the drive pin is broken with the pin breaker. In the case of ground hole threads, the stud can be adjusted to the max. Screw – in depth remains in the thread.

6. Check the thread:

After setting the thread inserts, check with the thread gauge (optional) .
