The successful candidate will proactively develop new leads, sales initiatives, build strong pipelines, and convert sales opportunities into wins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- He / She is an opportunity manager who can carve success out in a tough, difficult and competitive environment.
- Having the resourcefulness to help themselves to navigate through obstacles and problems to reach their goal
- To establish barrier-free affinity with existing customers to make provision of ready services; to achieve status as one of the customers top suppliers/vendors consistently.
- To keep in-touch with new customers and make them well-oriented with the name Bossard and his product-line / capabilities; to gain attention as one of customers most selected / preferred vendor.
- To develop rapid growth once successfully engaged with the customers.
- To prepare proposals to customers and follow-up on its results.
- To study and review Sales proposals from customers before submitting to the Sales Manager for approval.
- Having strong passion to excel and keep ahead of the competition
- To review monthly achievement vs. targeted Sales Margin with the Sales Leader.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the similar role.
- Experience in the Fastener related industry would be advantage.
- Experience working and selling into major Medical and Pharmaceutical companies would be preferred
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevance Engineering / Technical / Sales & Marketing / Manufacturing.
- Possess own vehicle.
- Class 3 driving license.
- Good communication & presentation skill, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Mature, responsible, independent and fast learner.
- Possess positive and good working attitude is a must.
- Pleasant disposition and team player.
- Application knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
