Power Stow updates its employees' skills with Expert Education.

The choice fell on Bossard's Expert Education, which offers customized courses in fastening technology tailored to the company's needs.

Customized course based on the customer's needs

The topics for the course are composed based on what the customer wants and Bossard's recommendations regarding the industry the company operates in and its product portfolio, to ensure maximum benefit for the participants.

"Bossard had the course material that suited best as well as a good setup, and the course material could be adapted to our wishes and needs," says Henrik Funch Madsen, quality coordinator at Power Stow.

From theory to practice

The participants receive a competence boost, where the theory can subsequently be applied in practice out in production. Power Stow is now looking at how they can apply their updated theoretical knowledge in production.

"We will take a closer look at how we can apply the theory we have refreshed in practice," says Henrik Funch Madsen.
