How it works

SmartBin Cloud will be integrated into the existing point of use layout without any additional infrastructure. Vibration sensors are triggered by motion which measure the stock level in real time. The data is send via IIoT Communication (Cloud) to Bossard.
When the reorder point is reached, replenishment orders are triggered automatically. The order status and delivery date then appear instantly on the label.

Bossard consolidates the ordered items into one shipment which is sent to the customer.

Depending on the pre-defined agreement, we deliver the material either to the dock or directly to the point of use.

SmartBin Cloud automatically recognizes box refills and ensures that the material is refilled at the right place.
