Sealing Coatings

Nyseal® Under-Head Coating

Nyseal® is a coating for screws or other threaded components that can be applied directly under the head, the flange or on the run-out of the thread. It provides excellent sealing properties and eliminates the need for additional washers, seals or O-rings.

How Nyseal® Works

The green plastic coating is melted directly onto the bottom side of the screw head. This provides excellent sealing against liquids and gases. At the same time, this coating acts as a buffer for sensitive surfaces of the workpieces to be screwed together, protecting them from damage.
