Bossard supplier selection process
Our procurement process is based on professionality, fairness and long-term, successful collaboration.To select new suppliers, Bossard works according to the standard process ISO 9001. This procedure helps to reduce risks for both parties.Please have a look at the following approval process. | Step 1 | Download and fill in the Form. Once completed, send it to bmf@bossard.com Upon receiving the questionnaire, you will be contacted by our Supply Market Research department. |
| Step 2 | According to what was agreed on, you send your best bid including terms and conditions. |
| Step 3 | If the bid is competitive we will ask you for a sample submission. The sample will be tested in view of quality and functionality. If the test result comes up to our expectation we will place a trial order. |
| Step 4 | The trial order again is subject to a quality test. In case of critical applications, a site audit will be required. Successful applications result in an approved supplier partnership for the specific products with the whole Bossard Group. |
