Continuous Hinges

Features

The range of continuous hinges (also named piano hinges) is made of different materials and manufacturing processes. PINET offers a wide choice of materials: stainless steel 304 or 316L, steel, aluminum, polypropylene and more. Long hinges have a width of 15 mm to 127 mm with a length of 2 meters. Continuous hinges can be aluminum profile hinges, rolled knuckle hinges, polymer extruded hinges, cranked hinges, and double knuckle hinges.

The range of concealed hinges is composed of different types of hinges for surface-mounted or nested doors. PINET's hinges are made of stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L, steel and zamak and have an opening angle of 90° to 180° to adapt to your needs.

The spring-loaded hinges integrate a spring inside the hinge to open or close a door without other components. Hatch or flap can stay closed or open with this type of hinges. The spring can be visible (common version) or non-visible (hinges made of aluminium profile).

The range of positioning hinges integrates dual functions such as friction, detent or stop. Thanks to a positioning hinge, a flap can be maintained in a specific position, with different force values.

The range of heavy duty hinges is particularly suitable for high-load industrial applications. Heavy duty hinges are made for demanding applications with a high level of mechanical performances. This range consists of rolled knuckle hinges, forged hinges, and weld-on hinges. PINET offers also the “modulo hinges”, high-load hinges to be composed according to your needs. The hinges are available in steel or stainless steel with a possible opening angle of 180° to 270°.
