Aero Negoce International Is Moving to a New Site in Béziers

A modern, larger site to support the continued development of our operations.

Aero Negoce International, a Bossard company, is preparing to relocate its operations to a new site in Béziers. The new premises are more modern and better suited to the company's continued development.

What the New Site Brings

  • A more modern working environment
  • Three times the current storage capacity
  • Enhanced logistics capabilities, suited to the growth of our operations
  • Improved facilities to support our customers, suppliers and partners over the long term

When and Where

Subject to final confirmation of the operational schedule, the move is planned between 11 and 15 November 2026. Our new operational address will be:

What Will Change

The change of address will notably affect deliveries and collections, product returns, transport and delivery documents, and the details registered in our partners' systems and online portals. The company's SIRET number will also change and will be communicated at a later date. Please note that the new address is our delivery address and should not be used for invoicing until further notice.

What We Ask of Our Customers and Suppliers

  1. Identify the systems, portals and documents where our address is registered.
  2. Inform the relevant contacts in your Logistics, Purchasing or Sales, Finance and Quality departments.
  3. Tell us about any open orders or scheduled deliveries that may be affected by the move.
  4. Let us know if specific documents are needed to update our address.
  5. Confirm receipt of this information and tell us once the new address is registered in your systems.

Our priority is a smooth transition and full continuity of operations, and we want to avoid any delivery or shipment being sent to our former address after the move.

What's Next

The final arrangements will be communicated as soon as the schedule is confirmed. These include the dates of the last receipt at our current site and the first receipt at our new site, our receiving hours, and any instructions for carriers.
