History
Bossard Aerospace was formed through the merger of Boysen, Interfast, and Aero Negoce International, bringing together more than a decade of combined expertise in distrubution, technical know-how and service excellence.
2024 - Aero Negoce International joined Bossard Aerospace
In 2023, Bossard Aerospace expanded its European presence by acquiring Aero Negoce International Group (ANI), a leading French distributor of aerospace fastening solutions with operations in France, the USA, and Malaysia. After more than 15 years of close collaboration, this step united ANI's technical expertise with Bossard's global reach, engineering capabilities, and broad product portfolio.
2023 - Rebranded as Bossard Aerospace
The Bossard Group has strategically chosen the amalgamate its brands - Boysen Aerospace in Germany, Boysen Aerospace U.S., and Interfast in Switzerland - uniting them under the consolidated entity, Bossard Aerospace, with former Boysen at its core in Munich. Simultaneously, the German branch's headquarters relocates to state-of-the-art facility in Feldkirchen, Munich, positioning Bossard Aerospace for future advancements. This strategic move enhances synergy, fosters efficiency, and underscores Bossard Aerospace's commitment to sustained growth and innovation.
2019 - Boysen Aerospace joined the Bossard Group
The SACS Group decided to separate itself from Boysen Aerospace. Boysen Aerospace itself gets acquired by the Bossard Group, an industry leader for service solutions and fastening products for industrial, medical and automotive customers. Due to the integration of Boysen Aerospace into the Bossard Group a new portfolio of products and services became available which will help all Boysen Aerospace customers to streamline their supply chain and reduce cost over the upcoming years.
2016 - Interfast AG joined the Bossard Group
Interfast AG was sold to the Bossard Group in 2016. Parallel introduction of a new cloud-based ERP system, relocation of the headquarter to the Kanton Zug and transfer of the management to R. Schreiter.
2012 - Founding of Boysen Aerospace U.S. in Dallas, Texas
With an own warehouse and functional departments Boysen Aerospace U.S. established itself as a professional and successful subsidiary of Boysen in North America, supporting both European and American customers.
2009 - Founding of the Boysen Aerospace Hamburg Office
With a focus on the civil aviation business, the office in Hamburg was established to ensure close contact and optimal service for the customers.
2005 - Boysen Aerospace was accquired by the SACS Group, forming SACS Boysen Aerospace GmbH & Co. KG
While SACS focused on the production of metric fasteners and other parts for the aviation industry, Boysen Aerospace continued to expand the activities as a distributor throughout Germany and Europe.
1980 - Founding of Interfast AG
Founding Interfast AG from Jean-Pierre Dreyfus and working as a general agency for Blanc-Aero, Voi-Chan, Harco. Main customers: Flugzeugwerk Emmen/Switzerland; Federal Bureau for military airfields and Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.
1967 - Boysen Aerospace was founded by Rolf Boysen in Munich, Germany
Founded by Rolf Boysen in Munich in 1967, Boysen Aerospace established itself as a reliable source for fastening products in German aerospace industry with a focus on rotary wing applications and defense & space customers.
