As a Goods Receiving Employee, you can expect a varied role with a high level of responsibility. You will ensure that incoming goods are correctly received, inspected, and recorded. With your eye for quality and accuracy, you will make sure that deliveries are complete, undamaged, and properly documented, thereby making an important contribution to smooth logistics processes and high customer satisfaction.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include?
- Receiving incoming goods, including acceptance and inspection, as well as recording quantities
- Inspecting incoming goods for:
Completeness of the deliveryMatching material numbers and item descriptionsCorrect quantitiesDamage to the goods or packagingCompleteness of accompanying documents and delivery paperworkReporting any discrepancies and/or damage
- Separating, repackaging, and handling delivered goods in accordance with packing, packaging, and handling requirements to ensure optimal storage suitability and compliance with specified storage-unit sizes
- Recording goods movements in the ERP and warehouse management system (WMS)
- Storing and retrieving goods in the warehouse
- Preparing customer orders and making goods available in accordance with customer-specific requirements
- Delivering to customers and providing customer service for assigned customers
- Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and occupational safety in the work area
- Supporting warehouse logistics by carrying out general warehouse and inventory-related tasks
What Do You Bring to the Role?
- Knowledge of how to use counting, measuring, and weighing equipment is desirable
- Preferably completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable qualification
- Physical fitness and ability to lift/carry up to 25 kg
- Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Mental resilience, reliability, flexibility, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team
- Careful and goal-oriented working style
- Good written and spoken German and English
