Komax Wire develops and manufactures innovative wire processing systems for international customers in the automotive, electronics and appliance industries. The Swiss-based company is one of the market leaders and has offices in 60 countries.

A few years ago, Komax decided to modernize their C-parts management to streamline procedures and to better serve the technicians on the assembly lines. At that time, the company had 40 different suppliers for 2,000 C-parts. Managing the various C-parts was a full-time job for one Komax employee; additional resources from other departments were needed for procurement, invoicing and inventory management.
