Indication de montage
1. Percer un trou:
attention au diamètre de l’alésage! Si possible, ne pas chanfreiner l’alésage.
2. Tarauder le filetage:
utiliser un taraud prévu pour la taille souhaitée.
3. Contrôler le taraudage:
contrôler à l’aide d’un calibre tampon si nécessaire.
4. Montage:
l’insert fileté peut être directement vissé dans le filetage d’écrou. L’extrémité du fil doit faire au moins un quart de tour sous la surface de la pièce.
5. Ergot d’entraînement:
pour réaliser un alésage traversant, l'ergot d’entraînement est cassé à l’aide de l’outil correspondant. Pour les taraudages, le téton peut rester dans le taraudage en respectant la profondeur maximale de vissage.
6. Contrôler le filetage:
après insertion de l’insert fileté, contrôler le coulissement du filetage (facultatif).
