PINET Continuous hinge

The range of continuous hinges (also named piano hinges) is made of different materials and manufacturing processes. PINET offers a wide choice of materials: stainless steel 304 or 316L, steel, aluminum, polypropylene and more. Long hinges have a width of 15 mm to 127 mm with a length of 2 meters. Continuous hinges can be aluminum profile hinges, rolled knuckle hinges, polymer extruded hinges, cranked hinges, and double knuckle hinges.

The spring-loaded hinges integrate a spring inside the hinge to open or close a door without other components. Hatch or flap can stay closed or open with this type of hinges. The spring can be visible (common version) or non-visible (hinges made of aluminium profile).

The range of heavy duty hinges is particularly suitable for high-load industrial applications. Heavy duty hinges are made for demanding applications with a high level of mechanical performances. This range consists of rolled knuckle hinges, forged hinges, and weld-on hinges. PINET offers also the “modulo hinges”, high-load hinges to be composed according to your needs. The hinges are available in steel or stainless steel with a possible opening angle of 180° to 270°.
