Urs Fankhauser, Member of the Board of Directors of Bossard Holding AG, passed away
Urs Fankhauser died on February 27, 2014 after a serious illness.
Urs Fankhauser was elected to the Board of Directors on April 17, 2007. In April 2011, he was appointed by the holders of bearer shares as their representative. Urs Fankhauser served on the Nomination and Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee of Bossard.
